The following terms & conditions will apply to any online order that you place with P.M.E Enterprise (UEN No. 53423300K )

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from our P.M.E Enterprise Online Store. If you are unable to agree to these terms & conditions then you must not use our online ordering service. Please click on the button marked “I have read & agreed” at the end of these terms & conditions if you accept them. By placing an online order through our P.M.E Enterprise Online Store you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
By placing an online order through our Purchase Made East Online Store you are warranting to us that:
a. you are at least eighteen (18) years old; and
b. you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
When you place an order to purchase products from us, your order is deemed an offer to purchase products from us. We have absolute discretion to reject your order without any reason. Your order is accepted when we send you an email informing you that we have accepted your order.
Items purchased online may not be in stock even after order confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative product or advise a full refund.
You cannot cancel your order once we accept your order. We reserve the right to refund you the price of any product/s for which you have paid (in lieu of delivery or supply of such product/s), even after we have sent you an email informing that your order has been accepted and payment has been received by us.
All purchases made at P.M.E Enterprise Online Store are strictly for Click & Collect or Domestic Delivery.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Where applicable, prices are nett. Delivery costs will also be charged; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
3.1 Coupon Codes & Free Gift
Any discounts and rebates offered are on such terms and conditions as we may from time to time prescribe and may be withdrawn or canceler by us without notice. All promotional and limited offer items are limited to 1 per customer. Special sale items and additional discount items are not qualified for E-coupons promotion. All free gifts offered are while stocks last and are not exchangeable and may be withdrawn or cancelled at any time without notice.
In describing the products available to purchase online, We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, free gifts and prices or other content of any P.M.E Enterprise Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered usitself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Payment for all products must be by PayNow. Please note that payment must be received in Singapore dollars.
Deliveries will be made only within Singapore except for restricted area (sentosa, and Tuas) Delivery will be at the address in Singapore you have stated in your order. We will endeavor to make delivery within seven (7) days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order but the time of delivery is not the essence of the agreement. We will not be liable to you for failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control. We may at our discretion use a third party delivery contractor to make deliveries.
Standard Delivery
a. Delivery period is within 3 to 5 days.
b. There will be a delivery / posting charge of $10 for purchases of less than $200.
c. There will be a $10 charge for rescheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the date and time of delivery (as stipulated in the delivery order) to receive the goods.
Click & Collect service is available.
Self-collection will be on 3 Days after purchase date
While we strive to meet this timing – unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that it will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our carrier. Under these circumstances, we do not issue any form of compensation, as this is a non-guaranteed service.

Standard Basic installation – No installation unless stated.
There may be the risk of loss and damage of the products you purchased when passing to you on delivery. If defective, we shall retain title to the products until such time as payment in full (including delivery charges) has been effected.
P.M.E Enterprise, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to evaluate or reject any exchange of item.
We exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will not be liable for damages which are not reasonably foreseeable arising out of or in connection with your online order through our Online Store.
Except to the extent required by any applicable law, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of or reliance on any content or information displayed on our Online Store.
We will not be liable to you or any party for any damages, losses, expenses or costs whatsoever (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss or loss opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your online order through our Online Store, or reliance on any information, materials or online services provided at our Online Store, regardless of the form of action and even if we had been advised as to the possibility of such damages. This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.
In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained in these terms & conditions, our maximum aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of the statutory duty) or otherwise arising out of or in connection with your online order through P.M.E Enterprise Online Store shall be limited to the price of the products purchased from our Online Store.
Any personal data (such as your name, NRIC number, address, telephone number or email address) you transmit to us will be collected, used and/or disclosed in accordance with the governing PDPA.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms & conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of our Online Store, or by any other person accessing our Online Store using your account and/or your personal information.
Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provisions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of our rights and remedies. The invalidity of any provision of these terms & conditions shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These terms & conditions supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements between us.
A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) to enforce any of the terms of such agreement.
We reserve the right to amend, vary and change these terms & conditions at our discretion without any notice.
These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to and/or in connection with these terms & conditions.
